Performance Marketing Manager (Campaigns)

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional, digital, social, and out-of-home media. This role requires a data-driven, results-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and media suppliers to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across all relevant channels (radio, print, digital, social media, OOH, etc.).
2.



Negotiate media buys with agencies and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and placements.
3. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize reach, frequency, and impact.
4. Oversee the seamless execution of all aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and timelines.
5. Collaborate with creative teams, production agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
6. Manage campaign logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
7. Track key campaign metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, impressions, engagement, conversions, ROI) using appropriate tools and platforms.
8. Analyze campaign performance data and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
9. Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and financial constraints.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign documentation, including briefs, schedules, budgets, and performance reports.
11. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies,



and best practices in marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance-driven results (e.g., lead generation, conversions, sales, customer acquisition).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, successful paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media ads, programmatic advertising, and native advertising.
- Strong ability to interpret data and insights from A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
